Ramona MkunaAdvisory board and Founder of Ramyne Charity Fundraisers for KidsRamona Mkuna is a passionate young changemaker from Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, and the visionary founder of Ramyne Charity Fundraisers for Kids an initiative dedicated to improving the lives of less fortunate children and orphans.
Motivated by compassion and a deep sense of social responsibility, Ramona launched her organization to raise awareness, mobilize resources, and provide critical support for children in need. Through school supply drives, food distributions, and emotional support programs, Ramyne Charity is not only filling gaps but restoring hope and dignity in communities that need it most.
Ramona believes that every child deserves a chance to thrive, and her work continues to touch lives across Tanzania. As a youth leader and advocate for social justice, she embodies the spirit of purpose-driven change and stands as a role model for the next generation of African leaders.

Ilakiza JacksonAdvisory board and Founder of Think GreenIlakiza Jackson is a dynamic youth leader and climate justice activist from Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. He is the founder of Think Green, a bold youth-led organization on a mission to amplify the voice of young Africans in the fight against climate change.
Driven by a deep commitment to environmental justice and sustainability, Ilakiza established Think Green to educate, engage, and empower youth to take meaningful action for the planet. His organization runs impactful initiatives including community cleanups, tree-planting campaigns, climate awareness workshops, and eco-entrepreneurship programs that promote green innovation and environmental responsibility.
Ilakiza believes that young people are not just the future they are the present force capable of driving transformative climate action across the continent. Through his leadership, Think Green has become a growing movement for climate resilience and youth inclusion in policy dialogue.

Filemon MbandoFounder and CEOFilemon Richard Mbando is a purpose-driven changemaker, youth advocate, and social entrepreneur from Arusha, Tanzania. He is the Founder and CEO of CHANGEMAKERS HUB TANZANIA, a multifaceted youth-led organization dedicated to transforming Africa through innovation, entrepreneurship, climate action, and education.
From launching community tutoring programs and soap recycling initiatives (RESOAP) to leading environmental campaigns and mentoring young entrepreneurs, Filemon's mission is rooted in turning everyday challenges into opportunities for growth and empowerment. Through his leadership, CHANGEMAKERS HUB TANZANIA is equipping the next generation of African youth with the tools, mindset, and support needed to create solutions and drive change from the ground up.
Despite financial and social barriers, Filemon has built a movement fueled by hope, action, and unity. His work has inspired communities, amplified young voices, and laid a strong foundation for a sustainable and inclusive Africa.

At CHANGEMAKERS HUB TANZANIA, every project reflects our mission to transform Africa through youth-led innovation, entrepreneurship, education, and climate action.
